Where applicable, ASETLAYER may provide you with access to one or more virtual accounts through its regulated partners. Virtual accounts are intended solely for the purposes authorized by ASETLAYER and must not be used for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized activity.
You acknowledge that the availability, processing time, settlement time, exchange rates, transaction limits, and supported payment methods may vary depending on the nature of the transaction, your location, applicable law, and the capabilities of our regulated partners.
You are responsible for reviewing and confirming the details of each transaction before authorizing it. Except where required by applicable law or where an error is attributable to ASETLAYER or its regulated partners, completed or authorized transactions may not be cancelled, reversed, or refunded.
You agree to pay any applicable fees associated with the Services. Where applicable, fees will be disclosed before a transaction is completed or otherwise communicated to you through our Services. We reserve the right to introduce, modify, or remove fees at any time, subject to applicable law and reasonable notice where required.
